Eligibility Criteria
Stenographer:
- Educational
Requirement: Applicants
must have passed the Second PUC (Pre-University Course) or a equivalent
three-year diploma.
- Technical
Requirement: Candidates
must have passed the Senior Grade exam in Kannada and English shorthand
and typing, conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Examination Board.
- Alternative
Qualification: Those
holding a Diploma in Commercial Practice/Secretarial Practice can apply if
they have passed the Senior Grade typing/shorthand exams in both Kannada
and English.
Typist:
- Must have
passed Second PUC or any equivalent three-year Diploma Course or
equivalent examination And
- Must have
passed Senior Grade Kannada and English typewriting subjects conducted by
the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board. OR
- Must have
passed Diploma in Commercial Practice / Secretarial Practice and if they
have passed typewriting in any one of the Kannada / English languages,
such candidates [must pass] typewriting in the remaining Kannada / English
language
Typist & Copyist:
- Candidates
must have passed 2nd PUC, a 3-year Diploma, or an equivalent
qualification.
- Proficiency
in both Kannada and English typing is required, specifically by passing
the Junior Grade examinations conducted by the Karnataka Secondary
Education Examination Board.
- Alternatively,
candidates with a Diploma in Commercial Practice or Secretarial Practice
must pass the Junior Grade typing exam for the remaining language if they
have already passed it in one of the languages.
Peon:
- Passing
the SSLC examination conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education
Examination Board or equivalent qualification.
- Must know
how to read and write Kannada (a test will be conducted on reading and
writing Kannada and general knowledge)
Age Limit
- Minimum

- Maximum
Age limit: 35 Years
